The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science with MT training, ASCP certification, and at least one year of high-complexity testing experience. You will perform testing, analyze results, ensure safety and quality, and handle PHI with
Competenze
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field with MT training
- 1 year of MT training/experience in high complexity testing
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Strong reading, writing and analytical skills

- Perform moderate to high complexity testing for patient care
- Analyze, review, and report testing results
- Identify when corrective action is needed and implement it
- Maintain safety, compliance and quality control in the lab
