Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, a Sonic Healthcare USA group, is seeking a laboratory professional for the 2nd shift in San Antonio, TX. The role emphasizes high- and moderate-complexity testing, accurate result reporting, and strong commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced clinical lab.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Medical Technology or related science with MT training, 1 year of laboratory experience, and ASCP certification. Benefits and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or BS in Chemical, Biological, or Physical Science with MT training
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• ASCP (or equivalent) certification
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform high- and moderate-complexity testing as part of patient care
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality control in a fast-paced lab environment
