Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking a Milk Receiver/Operator for a full-time second shift (10am-6pm) in Middlebury, VT. The role involves unloading milk trucks, sampling, temperature checks, and CIP cleaning, with emphasis on accurate records and teamwork.

Starting pay is $26.15/hour with night differential and six-monthly raises for the first two years. Eligible for increases, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor in a plant environment.
• Able to sample, monitor temperature, perform basic lab analysis as part of milk receiving.
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain accurate records; use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload milk trucks and clear pallets; sample and temperature-check milk.
• Perform CIP washing and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain proper records and quality control data; work with a small team and drivers.
