Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery in the Town of Middlebury, NY, is hiring a full-time Milk Receiver/Operator for a second shift (10am–6pm). Starting rate is $26.15 per hour with 7–10% night differential based on hours and eligibility for increases every 6 months during the first two years.

This role involves unloading milk trucks, sampling, temperature checks, lab analysis, and handling milk, cream, or blends with proper documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Comfort with working around dairy processing equipment and temperatures.
• Willingness to learn CIP cleaning procedures and maintain sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload milk trucks and sample products as required.
• Perform temperature checks and basic laboratory analyses.
• Handle loading, storage, and inventory of milk, cream, or blends.
• Maintain clean and sanitary facilities; participate in CIP washing.
• Collaborate with team and provide training support; overtime may be required.
