Qualifications

• 4-on-4-off 12-hour night shift (4pm-4am) in a packaging/production role.
• Cross-trained across cheese line, whey packaging, and milk receiving.
• Maintain accurate records and exercise solid judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate forklift with safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese line and pack bulk cheddar.
• Package whey powders and operate forklift.
• Unload milk from tanker trucks and handle heights on top of tanks.
• Support team with trainee guidance and on-the-job training.
