Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is hiring a 3rd shift Bulk Milk Receiver/Shipper in West Springfield, MA. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a base pay of $27.74 per hour plus a 10% night differential. Training will be provided and there are opportunities for rate increases during the first two years.

The job involves receiving and sampling milk, maintaining GMP, and ensuring sanitary handling of products. High school diploma or GED and basic writing/math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong writing and math skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Mechanically inclined candidates may be more successful.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sample, and manage temperature control for milk, cream, or blends.
• Unloading/loading and storage of goods in compliance with GMP.
• Operate CIP washing and maintain sanitary facilities.
• Drive yard horse on property as needed.
