Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking a first-shift Operator in Vermont on a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour schedule (6am-6pm). Starting wage is $30.15 with 7–10% night differential. Promotion opportunities exist with raises every 6 months during the first two years.

You will lead a crew, be cross-trained across cheese making and related equipment, and ensure accurate records. As a lead operator, you’ll run cheese making and whey drying equipment, supervise trainees, and maintain strong team relationships.

Qualifications

• Lead operator with ability to guide trainees and co-workers.
• Experience working in a production environment with cross-training across positions.
• Demonstrated solid judgment and reliability; willingness to work overtime.
