Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state‑approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long‑term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health status and vital signs.
• Resident Engagement: Build positive relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control procedures and ensure medication carts and records are organized and secure.
