Indigo Hall is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on second shift. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and support the nursing team to promote health, safety, and dignity for our residents.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CNA training, and a preferred 1 year healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA training completed.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Monitor health, record vitals, report changes to nursing staff.
• Foster relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
