Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or Medical Technology.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests using standard techniques and equipment.
• Handle specimens and test analyses with proper quality control.
• Operate and calibrate manual and computerized instrumentation.
• Maintain inventory and document quality control results according to SOPs.
• Participate in lab inspections and proficiency testing as required.
• Provide guidance to students, interns, and staff as needed.
