Job summary

Engineered Air Movement is seeking a diligent Assembler to build industrial fans and blowers for Cincinnati Fan and Strobic Air Technologies. You will use engineering drawings, hand and power tools, and precision measuring equipment to assemble and test units, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards.

The role supports a second shift (Mon–Thu, 2:30 pm–1:00 am) and requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or related hands-on experience preferred; equivalent demonstrated mechanical aptitude may be considered.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand and power tools safely; experience with electro‑mechanical equipment or electronic instruments is helpful for applicable assignments.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions to complete the correct assembly sequence.
• Operate hand and power tools, drills, grinders, screwdrivers, torque tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Assemble components by hand or with fixtures and other equipment to complete finished products.
• Coordinate staging and sequencing of parts and production items.
• Mark parts, attach nameplates, and document issues.
