Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for Cincinnati Fan and Strobic Air Technologies on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 1:00 am, Monday–Thursday) in Mason, Ohio.

You will assemble industrial fans and support equipment using drawings, instructions, and precision tools, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will perform inspections, adjust units, and collaborate with teams across manufacturing while adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, maintenance, construction, automotive, or other hands‑on experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical equipment or electronic instruments is helpful for applicable assignments.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and 5S standards.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and verify drawings and specs.
• Test, inspect, and adjust completed units for fit, tolerances, operation, and quality.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, blueprints, and BOMs to complete assembly sequence.
• Coordinate staging, loading/unloading, and material handling.
