American Fan is seeking an Assembler to join the team. You will build and test fans and blowers, balance blades, and ensure quality with accurate inspections. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

You will use ERP systems, follow safety protocols, and may operate a crane or forklift as needed. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals.
• Forklift training certificate or ability to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Assemble fans/blowers following orders and perform testing per training.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Capable of using hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and blowers according to order instructions and balance blades.
• Perform final inspection for defects and verify accessories/motors.
• Report malfunctions or required repairs to the Lead.
• Process timesheets, scrap reports and other admin tasks.
• Use PPE as required by safety rules.
• Test finished products for balance and rpm after training.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and crane operations.
• Maintain coordination with cross-functional teams.
