Job summary

SPX Technologies' Cincinnati Fan division is seeking an Mechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–1:00 am) in Mason, Ohio. You will assemble industrial fans and blowers from engineering drawings, operate hand and power tools, and ensure assemblies meet safety and quality standards.

You will join a collaborative manufacturing team, participate in quality checks, and contribute to efficient production with 5S practices. A high school diploma and basic toolbox skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or hands-on assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Commitment to working as part of a team and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build industrial fans, blowers, and air-handling equipment from drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect, test, and adjust assemblies to meet safety and quality requirements.
• Read blueprints, BOMs, and work orders to complete correct sequences.
• Operate hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards.
