Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician C for the second shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on supporting production assembly equipment, troubleshooting, and training operators to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing processes.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with substantial related experience, or an associate degree with related experience. You will work 10-hour days, 4 days per week, contributing to defense and aerospace programs and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience OR 2 years post-secondary/Associate’s degree with 2 years related experience.
Proficiency with hand, power and test tools is preferred.
Experience with electronics and mechanical assembly processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing methods and tools for fabricating precise mechanical and electronic components.
Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and automated assembly, inspection, and test equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot yield issues and improve efficiency.
Train production personnel in new or existing operations.
Set-up and validate new production workstations.
Implement corrective actions involving designs, materials, and processes.
Support incorporation of new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
Deliver manufacturing technician support to production teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
