Responsibilities

• Assist in developing fabrication methods for mechanical and electronic components.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly, inspection, and test equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve yield issues and improve efficiency.
• Train production personnel in new or existing operations.
• Set up and validate new production workstations.
• Implement corrective actions involving designs, materials, and processes.
• Support the incorporation of new methods and processes to improve operations.
• Provide ongoing manufacturing technician support to production teams.
