Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming functional test procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems by replacing faulty components/assemblies.
• Install software and firmware per instructions.
• Prepare service documentation in a timely fashion.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Provide regular status reports on work in progress.
• Uphold safety requirements by using PPE and following procedures.
• Meet contractual deadlines for customer delivery.
• Access web-based technical publications and follow 6S practices.
