Job summary

bioMérieux SA is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician 2 for the 2nd shift to operate high-speed, highly automated equipment and ensure GMP-compliant production and packaging of BacT/ALERT bottles. You will complete batch documentation, perform maintenance, and support process improvements under SOPs.

The role requires 1+ year in a regulated production environment, familiarity with SAP transactions, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production/operations environment preferred.
• Proficiency with high-speed, automated production equipment preferred.
• Awareness of FDA/GMP regulations preferred.
• BioWorks or continuous improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Complete production batches and batch documentation accurately.
• Perform setup, inspection, maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Assist with deviation analyses and CAPA actions.
• Train teammates on production processes and procedures.
