Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician to operate high-speed equipment for BacT/ALERT bottle production and packaging in a cGMP environment. The role emphasizes accurate execution of manufacturing directions, thorough documentation, and strict adherence to SOPs.

This is a third-shift position (Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with responsibilities ranging from setup and maintenance to batch completion, CAPA review, data reporting, and training teammates.

Qualifications

• Regulated production/operations experience.
• Experience with high-speed, automated production equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (LOTO, electrical safety).
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment, some with automation, via HMI/SCADA.
• Follow Manufacturing Directions and SOPs to execute production activities.
• Ensure batch paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Assist with review of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Provide data reporting and KPI interpretation to identify problems.
• Train teammates on production processes and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with cGMP.
