Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician 2 for 2nd shift to operate high-speed production equipment and manage batch documentation in a cGMP environment. The role emphasizes compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and data recording.

The position requires at least 1 year in a regulated setting or equivalent military experience, plus training in BioWorks or continuous improvement methodologies. On-site work with overtime and weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in regulated production environment or equivalent military experience.
• Experience operating high-speed, automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations; FDA and GMP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment using HMI/SCADA.
• Complete batch production and related documentation.
• Set up, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and clean equipment.
• Review and revise Manufacturing Directions and SOPs as needed.
• Generate reports and KPIs from production data.
