Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Manufacturing Technician 1 to operate high-speed, highly automated manufacturing equipment and support packaging of BacT/ALERT bottles. You will work a third shift (11 pm–7:30 am) and ensure batch documentation is complete and compliant with cGMP standards.

Responsibilities include setup, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment, plus contributing to investigations, deviation analyses, and CAPA actions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Certification in a BioWorks Program or equivalent preferred.
• BioWorks, LEAN or other Continuous Improvement Certificate preferred.
• Work experience accepted in lieu of a degree: No.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed manufacturing equipment, often highly automated.
• Execute production activities per approved Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Ensure batch paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Perform maintenance, calibration and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist with validation protocols and revalidation when required.
