Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience as foreman, lead, or supervisor.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a production setting.
• Preferred: experience in electrical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production and assembly operations across multiple crews.
• Plan work, assign resources, and keep production moving to meet quality and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot issues, remove barriers, and drive consistent workflow execution.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Project teams.
• Coach and develop team performance on the floor.
