Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Ennis, TX to lead the manufacturing, filling, and warehouse teams. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, and manage daily schedules with internal departments and outside vendors.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, implementing policies, and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives. The role requires 1+ year in manufacturing or a Sherwin program, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work without sponsorship
• At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations or completion of Sherwin-Williams Development Program in Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations
• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives
• Plan daily work schedule coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
• Conduct regular workforce communication meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
