Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university with at least four years of management-related experience or training.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required; USDA inspected facilities preferred.
• Lean/continuous improvement awareness and knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations on shift.
• Provide support for inventory control, QA, and purchasing via X3 ERP.
• Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers and supervisors; manage staff performance.
• Plan and schedule next day’s production with the team; monitor sanitation and food safety programs.
