Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Production Manager for the Production facility. The role directs and manages production activities, aiming to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals.

You will lead supervisory teams, plan schedules, hire and train staff, and maintain production records while upholding GMPs and safety standards. The position requires 5–10 years in food manufacturing and a high school diploma, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years manufacturing experience in the food industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for supervisor team members.
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments to meet production goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate production personnel.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• Monitor production tracking and quality control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and GMPs.
