Valor Hospitality seeks a dedicated Maintenance Engineer at Hotel Indigo Orange Beach - Gulf Shores to respond to guest requests and conduct preventive maintenance across hotel systems. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and perform carpentry work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment.
• Take water samples and monitor systems where applicable.
• Maintain logs and respond to emergencies and alarms.
• Assist with cleaning and general maintenance in engineering spaces.
