Job summary

Sadoff Iron & Metal in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe, reliable operation of production equipment and support systems on our outdoor site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills, with experience reading schematics and blueprints and a proven record of improving equipment uptime while upholding OSHA

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, welding/fabrication, schematics/blueprints, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor second shift maintenance employees.
Schedule work assignments and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders; ensure safety compliance.
