Sadoff Iron & Metal in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure the safe, reliable operation of production equipment on outdoor assignments. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on uptime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance, 2+ years in supervision, strong mechanical, welding, and schematic-reading skills, and experience in heavy industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor second shift maintenance employees.
• Schedule work assignments and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.
