Job summary

Sadoff-Iron-&-Metal-Compan in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Second Shift Lead Maintenance Mechanic to oversee equipment maintenance and support operations during the second shift. This hands-on role leads by example, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and keeps a fast-paced operation running smoothly.

You will perform general outdoor machinery maintenance, weld and fabricate with precision, lead a team, and communicate via email and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative.
• Teamwork and pride in doing the job right.
• 2-3 years: Prior Experience.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, and torch with precision.
