Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for the RPP 2nd Shift Salvagini in Miamisburg, OH. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to fabricate remote power panels, with focus on precision and safe handling of materials.

You will work on Salvagnini equipment, lift heavy components, and perform inspections to ensure adherence to drawings and data-center power specs. This is an on-site position with openings for two candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
• Must be comfortable lifting heavy material and handling parts by hand.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components with precision.
• Utilize industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials per precise specs.
• Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or overhead cranes.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number to support assembly.
