Accelevation in Miamisburg, OH, seeks a Machine Operator for metals on the 2nd shift to drive fabrication of remote power panels. You will set up and run machines, inspect parts, and ensure specifications meet data center power requirements.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, can lift heavy materials, and work safely in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills. This is an on-site role with strong potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• Ability to lift heavy material and work with hands.
• Independently troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and eager to learn new skills.
• Experience with Trump machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components with precision.
• Use industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials to specification.
• Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal tubes and struts with forklifts.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Sort and stage finished components by job number for efficient assembly.
• Conduct routine machine checks and assist with nozzle cleaning and gas cylinder changes.
• Record material usage and machine activity for inventory and planning.
