Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator for the second shift in Mead, Nebraska. You will operate equipment, assist packing, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the production line.

The role offers a competitive starting pay of $21.36 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1. Overtime may be required, and health, dental, and vision coverage are provided along with a 401(k) plan and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to perform assigned production tasks.
• Assist with packing and end-of-line work as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and follow SOPs.
