Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. in Union, Missouri is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm). Pay starts at $17.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits starting day one. You will operate machinery, move materials, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in production.

Key duties include assembling, trimming, labeling, packaging and wrapping products, while maintaining daily quality and quantity targets.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
• Perform operations using dollars, weights, volumes and distances.

Responsibilities

• Move raw products to final packed product per machine output with safety, quality and quantity goals.
• Operate machinery, assemble parts, trim/clean parts, count labels, package and wrap products.
• Maintain quality and quantity targets in daily production.
