Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator for its Insulfoam team in Mead, Nebraska. You will operate production machinery, assist with packing and end-of-line work, and help meet daily production goals.

Overtime and weekend hours may be required with shift options and a starting pay of $21.36 per hour plus a $1.00 second-shift premium. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, subject to policy, and benefits from day one, including health, life, EAP, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Good communication, organization, and time management.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills; calculator use.
• Ability to learn and operate new equipment.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.
• COS (Carlisle Operating System) tools and lean mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete assigned work orders.
• Review work orders and communicate material needs.
• Maintain safe operation and perform daily equipment checks.
• Assist with packaging and end-of-line tasks.
• Support quality checks and data recording for QC.
• Identify safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement opportunities.
