Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Kentucky is seeking a production team member for our food manufacturing facility. The role starts at $21.50 per hour with a $1.50 night differential between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time employment with advancement opportunities is available.

The position involves setting up equipment, controlling line speeds, performing quality checks, and completing required paperwork per SAP SOPs. Overtime and weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates while ensuring safety and quality.
• Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP).
• Follow SAP SOPs and Safety operation training as appropriate.
