Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Machine Operator for the Converting department to run Flexo, Die Cut, Jumbo, or J&L equipment, including setup, operation, cleanup and continuous improvements. Active training accommodates growth within the team.

The role requires monitoring box quality, operating at capacity, training the Assistant Machine Operator, cross-training on other machines, and completing Production Data and Safety reports. Shift is 2nd (2pm–10pm) in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to read a tape measure with accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Flexo, Die Cut, Jumbo, or J&L machines.
• Monitor box quality and print accuracy.
• Train and assist the Assistant Machine Operator.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping.
• Complete production and maintenance reports.
