Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Second Shift Leader and CNC Machine Operator. This position requires overseeing a 4-5 person shift while actively participating in production as a working foreman. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in CNC machine operation, and the ability to learn and operate large band saws, multi-spindle drills, and oxy-fuel coping machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 individuals during the second shift, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
• Operate CNC machines to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Learn and operate large band saws, multi-spindle drills, and oxy-fuel coping machines.
• Monitor production for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure functionality.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
