Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance for heavy production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Forklift repair experience and certification is a plus.
• Welding certification or demonstrated welding experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures across the plant.
• Maintain ring rolling machines, furnaces, presses, conveyors, and forklifts.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits including pumps, valves, and hoses.
• Repair bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, and drive components.
• Document safety checks and maintenance logs regularly.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals for repairs.
• Operate hand/power tools and precision measuring devices.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and alignment tasks as needed.
• Ensure OSHA, lockout/tagout, and aerospace safety standards compliance.
