Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Milwaukee-area team. The role focuses on keeping critical equipment running reliably through proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with engineering.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support upgrades on motors, conveyors, and production systems. Applicants should have 5+ years of maintenance experience in engineering, strong tool proficiency, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and practices.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle emergency situations and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering to understand machinery operation and maintenance needs.
Document all maintenance work for records and future reference.
Follow safety protocols and procedures during maintenance tasks.
Assist with installation of new equipment and machinery.
Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reliability.
Stay updated on industry trends and maintenance techniques.
