Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, electronics, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, processing charts, drawings, specifications.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, processing charts, drawings, specifications, and work instructions to determine materials and sequence of operations.
• Prepare and clean materials, parts, and components as required before assembly.
• Perform assembly operations, including placing leads on parts, per procedures.
• Count, sort, and prepare parts for production and assembly.
• Visually inspect parts and assemblies for defects and abnormalities.
• Compare hardware against parts lists to verify proper installation.
• Examine components to verify contact with designated conductor areas.
• Measure parts to verify dimensions and conformance to specs.
• Record defects and maintain production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Escalate production or quality concerns to supervisor.
• Support team productivity and assist coworkers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
