Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a 2nd shift Automatän LG Labeler Helper to support the Automatän LG Labeler Operator in setup and feeding sheets into the machine. Work schedule is 2:15 PM–10:45 PM, Monday through Friday with possible overtime.

Based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, this role offers wage range $20.19–$27.31 per hour, with advancement opportunities across Menasha Packaging and ORBIS divisions. Join a long-established company focused on packaging and supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

Safety-sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business.
Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed.
Ability to effectively work in teams.
Ability to read a tape measure/ruler.
Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Set up machine for production runs.
Wash machine after production runs.
Restack and flip-flop units to reduce warp.
Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary.
Fill in for the Automatan Labeler Operator in their absence.
Check finished product for quality per customer specifications.
Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
