Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member to join our label and packaging operation. The role includes operating equipment, inspecting and packaging products, and supporting the production line to maintain quality and safety standards.

You will cross-train across production areas, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and contribute to meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers.
• Inspect and package printed product based on customer specifications.
• Assist Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Cross-train in other roles across the production environment.
• Problem solving of issues that arise.
• Work as a team member to meet production and company goals.
