Job summary

MCC Label in Neenah, WI is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our premium label production team. This role covers second shift (2pm-10pm) and third shift (10pm-6am) with a robust benefits package and paid holidays. Training is provided for experience is not required.

You will monitor print and seam quality, handle rolls, and enter production data in Globetek, contributing to safe and efficient operations on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for label counts and conversions.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.
• Uses a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedure.
• Handles rolls and pallets to prevent damage.
• Understands basic printing and seam-related defects.
• Records data on designated paperwork and in Globetek.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
