Job summary

Orion Global Talent is seeking an experienced injection molding technician to join the Vermont facility on second shift. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize machines and molds to produce medical-grade components.

Engage with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, monitor processes with SPC/SQC, perform preventive maintenance, and document results while maintaining safety and productivity. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven injection molding experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machines and molds.
• Monitor processing parameters and maintain product quality using SPC/SQC techniques.
• Perform preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure efficient operations.
