Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with injection molding processes.
• Familiarity with quality standards and SPC/SQC concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machines and molds.
• Monitor processing parameters and maintain product quality using SPC/SQC.
• Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure efficiency.
