US Pharma Lab, Inc. is seeking a Granulation/Blending Operator in North Brunswick, NJ to set up and operate granulators, drying ovens, blenders, and screening equipment while maintaining clean, compliant processes.

The role requires handling multiple machines, following batch records, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Shift may include extended hours and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years Granulating/Blending Operator experience.
• Minimum of one year in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 6-12 months experience in related roles.
• Operates blending, screening & milling machines.
• Must be proficient in setup and operation of blenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines to ensure specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect product quality during operation and perform sampling and testing.
• Complete labeling and inventory movements for accurate control.
• Dismantle and clean equipment and maintain a tidy work area.
• Train on operation and setup of listed equipment.
