Job summary

US Pharma Lab in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Dispensing Operator at Level 1–3 to support batching, material pull, and inventory control in a GMP environment. The role includes learning SOPs, safety protocols, and operating warehouse equipment in temperature-controlled areas.

Level 2/3 expects more experience, batch review, documentation, and potential leadership/training duties. 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM; Equal Opportunity Employer; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of dispensing experience in pharma/production environment for Level 2.
• 4+ years of dispensing experience and GMP exposure for Level 3.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials per batch cards and logs.
• Review batch cards to determine materials; pull and log entries.
• Operate Syspro or RF inventory systems for control and audit trails.
• Perform manual order processing, auditing, and shipment preparation.
• Lead and train lower-level operators; ensure safety and quality standards.
