You will lead a 35–40 person second-shift team, drive daily output around 25,000 units, and partner with the DC Manager on labor planning while ensuring safety and quality.

This Manager-in-Training role offers rapid leadership growth and a $2,000 signing bonus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience, strong WMS and Office skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience leading teams within high-volume warehouse or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a second-shift team of 35–40 warehouse associates to maintain high morale and efficiency.
• Monitor and drive daily KPIs while meeting client SLAs.
• Plan daily labor with the DC Manager based on forecasts.
• Enforce safety procedures, SOPs, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.
