Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move goods within a warehouse and ensure accurate loading, unloading, and storage. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting on‑time order fulfillment on the 2nd shift.

The role requires 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a collaborative work attitude. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery/Propane safety training or certification encouraged.
• Reliable team member with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Perform other duties as assigned within training and scope.
