Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dependable 2nd shift Forklift Operator/Material Handler at our Richmond, KY plant. You will safely operate a forklift, move materials between locations, and support inventory accuracy to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.
• Previous Hilo driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move materials and loads.
• Inventory materials and supply areas as needed.
• Unload, stack, and transport materials within the plant.
• Support plant flow by moving materials efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and company instructions.
